HOW DO I BOOK A COMMUNICATION SESSION WITH YOU?
Pre-payment is necessary to book your communication session, which can be made through my secure (encrypted) online store. I do not pre-book communication sessions prior to receiving payment.
PLEASE NOTE MY AVAILABILITY
Animal communication sessions are typically available between Tuesday - Friday (1:30 pm - 5:30 pm) Eastern Time (ET) as well as some Saturdays (morning & afternoon) when I'm not teaching (or hosting the occasional special event).
Please note: there is very limited availability for Saturday's in July and August 2021.
Communication sessions are not available evenings or weekday mornings.
My office is closed Sundays & Mondays.
HOW DO I ACCESS YOUR BOOKING CALENDAR?
Once I've received your communication session pre-payment, I'll send you a link to my booking calendar within 48 business hours (or less). Please choose a date & time from the booking calendar that works for you.
We'll both receive an immediate confirmation email following your communication session booking (no need to let me know). Please read this important email PRIOR TO YOUR COMMUNICATION SESSION as it contains everything you need to help you best prepare for your session.
I BOUGHT MULTIPLE COMMUNICATION SESSIONS - DO I NEED TO BOOK THEM ALL AT ONCE?
No, I encourage you to book each communication session as it's needed. Please reach out to me by email when you are ready to book your next communication session here.
CAN YOU HELP OUR FAMILY WITH A TIME SENSITIVE SITUATION (OR EMERGENCY)?
I try to accommodate both these situations, whenever possible.
HOW DO I CANCEL/ RESCHEDULE MY COMMUNICATION SESSION?
Following your communication session pre-payment, I'll send you an email with a link to my booking calendar. You'll also receive clear instructions how to cancel or reschedule the communication session, if needed.

DO YOU HAVE A REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY?
Yes, a minimum of 12 hours notice is required for all cancellations (or be charged 25% of the intended service), with the exception of end of life communication sessions. Please contact me to reschedule your communication session.
No shows will be charged 50% of the intended service fee.
At the start of each communication session, I spend a few minutes asking your animal family to share information about themselves. After these initial impressions, I'll check in with you to ask if you're comfortable & confident that I'm communicating with your animal family.
If you are, the communication session moves forward. Refunds are not available after this point.
If for any reason these initial impressions are not a fit, the communication session will be ended & a full refund will be issued.
