Curious how it all works? Answers to the questions I'm asked most often.
WHAT TYPE OF SESSIONS DO YOU OFFER?
Sessions offered include speaking to living animals, end-of-life communications, and animals who have passed (in-spirit) communications. I do not work with missing animals.
HOW DOES A SESSION WORK?
I talk with your animal(s) using only their name and photo. You will be able to ask questions and share with your animal and I'll relay their answers. Time is also given in each communication for the animal to ask questions and share too. It is truly a conversation.
WHAT ARE YOUR FEES?
The fees are based on the length of the session and range from $55 - $255 (in Canadian dollars).
WHAT LENGTH OF SESSION DO I NEED?
You have two session choices: 30 - 45 minutes or 60 - 75 minutes. If it is your first session you may wish to try a 30 - 45 minute session. Longer sessions are helpful if you want to talk to more than one animal, there are behavioural concerns, you have rescue/ shelter/ anxious animals, or for end of life care/ support. Multiple sessions (if purchased together) are available for a discount.
HOW DO I BOOK A SESSION?
Pre-payment is necessary to book your session. You can do this on my secure (encrypted) online store. There you can choose the length of session that fits your needs and budget. I'll be in touch within 48 business hours to book your session and let you know what I need for the session.
WHAT DO YOU NEED FOR MY SESSION?
Please email the name and a photo of your animal(s) before your session. A clear head shot is preferred. Cell phone photos work. I'll also need to know how urgent your situation is and your preferred time for a session (weekday afternoons or early evenings, or weekends). Lastly, I'll need your phone number (in North America) or Skype name (worldwide) which I'll use to contact you at the time of your session.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO BOOK MY SESSION?
Once payment has been made, I'll be in touch within 48 business hours to book your session (often less). Wait time for your session can range from the same day to three weeks, depending on the urgency of the situation.
HOW DO WE CONNECT FOR MY SESSION?
At the time of your session, I will contact you by phone (in North America) or by Skype (worldwide).
WHAT DO I NEED TO PREPARE FOR MY SESSION?
I encourage you to write down your questions and anything you want to share with your animal in advance, as people are surprised how quickly session time passes. Please have this information handy for your session. I do not need this information in advance. For end-of-life animal communications or animals-in-spirit communications, you may prefer to write a letter to share with your animal instead. Find a quiet. private place for your session. Have anything you need to be comfortable (something to drink, kleenex, a blanket). Sessions are not recorded, though you are welcome to take notes.
DO YOU HAVE A REFUND POLICY?
At the start of each session, I introduce myself to your animal. I also ask permission to speak with them. While I've never had an animal say "no', if this were the case, I'd refund your payment. Once I have the animal's permission, I spend a few minutes asking them to share information with me that I relay to you. I want you to be confident and comfortable that I'm indeed talking to your animal(s). If you're satisfied that I am, then the communication moves forward. Refunds are not offered after this point in the communication.
