Reiki is an energetic relaxation technique which supports health & well-being in people & other animals.
Using natural energy (the life energy found in all living beings), Reiki activates the body's parasympathetic nervous system to induce a natural resting state, which promotes healing & offers support on all levels: physically, emotionally & mentally.
