Tim Link is an author, writer, speaker, nationally syndicated radio host and full-time animal communicator. As part of his passion for helping animals, Tim has also mastered Reiki - an ancient art of energy healing - which he uses on animals. Tim has been featured in numerous newspaper, television and radio shows. You can listen to Tim’s radio show, Animal Writes, where he interviews the latest pet-related authors, writers, and blogger, on Pet Life Radio. He's the author of two books, Talking with Dogs and Cats: Joining the Conversation to Improve Behavior and Bond with Your Animals and Wagging Tales: Every Animal Has a Tale. Ahimsa House (which is pronounced “uh-HIM-sah” and means “nonviolence” in Sanskrit) located in Tucker, Georgia, USA, was founded in 2004 by Emily Christie after she lost a pet to domestic violence. Up to 71% of victims entering domestic violence shelters report that their abusers threatened, injured, or killed the family pets. Ahimsa House became Georgia’s first and only organization dedicated to helping the human and animal victims of domestic violence reach safety together.
