Our conversation about 'Working with H.E.A.R.T. - Heart Energy Achieving Real Transformation' with Wynter Worsthorne of Animaltalk Africa shared on the H.E.A.R.T. method, intuitive interspecies communication, and guided us through a H.E.A.R.T. meditation to co-create positive transformation with Nature.
During this conversation Wynter wove in elements of her signature gathering style (pulling a White Lion Leadership card for group guidance and leading us through a grounding and a H.E.A.R.T. meditation).

During this conversation Wynter wove in elements of her signature gathering style (pulling a White Lion Leadership card for group guidance and leading us through a grounding and a H.E.A.R.T. meditation).
Highlights of this conversation included:
- Learning about H.E.A.R.T. work, a combination of intuitive interspecies communication, positive visualisation and prayer, which all leads to sacred action
- The importance of honouring devastation in the world and how sacred activism can transmute grief (into individual and collective action)
- The power of thought, how to use Heart Energy and visualisation to create positive transformation with Nature at an energetic (or quantum) level
- Stories of H.E.A.R.T. supporting Nature (and Nature's response) showcasing the method's effective and tangible results
- Opportunities to learn intuitive interspecies communication and the H.E.A.R.T. method through Animaltalk Africa (join the Wild HEART community for free), The HEART Pride (free HEART webinars/ Global Prayers), and StarLion Journeys (in person and virtual)
