WHAT HAPPENS DURING A COMMUNICATION SESSION?
At the start of your communication session, I'll answer any questions you may have about the process, so you can focus on the conversation with your animal family.
You'll be able to ask your prepared questions & share with your animal family (and I'll relay their responses). There's time to discuss anything that naturally & organically comes up during the conversation with your animal family. Time is also given in every communication session for your animal family to ask questions & share too. It's truly a two-way conversation.
In addition to facilitating the communication with your animal family, I provide education, tips and resources (where helpful).
HOW DO YOU CONNECT & SPEAK WITH MY ANIMAL(S)?
Using your animal's name and photograph, I work remotely (also known as distance communication) from my office. I'm able to connect with your animal anywhere (whether living or in spirit). Distance communication is extremely effective (less distracting than being present with the animal), less costly to you (than in person visits), your appointment can be booked more quickly (shorter wait times) & I can help more families.
WHAT KIND OF QUESTIONS CAN I ASK MY ANIMAL(S)?
Your questions can be of an emotional, mental, spiritual or practical nature. All communication sessions are private & confidential. Please feel comfortable to ask the questions you need to ask. You're also encouraged to share with your animal too.
All questions and sharing with your animal family come from you. My role is to facilitate the conversation between you & your animal family. I honour your animal family by relaying their messages & questions to you.
HOW LONG ARE COMMUNICATION SESSIONS?
An initial communication session is up to 90 minutes long (& can accommodate speaking to more than one animal family member, living and/ or in spirit). Unused time is not transferrable.
Communication sessions are not rushed. There's time for all family members to ask questions & share (a real two-way conversation). There's time for your stories (animal lovers love to share about their animal family). Time to feel & process. Time for support (education, tips & resources are also provided).
You're welcome to take notes as communication sessions are not recorded.
CAN I BOOK A SHORTER COMMUNICATION SESSION?
Existing communication clients have the option to choose a 30 minute check-in communication session for the same animal(s) and situation(s) when a 90 minute communication session is not needed.
WHAT DO YOU NEED FOR MY COMMUNICATION SESSION?
When I send you the link to my booking calendar, you'll be asked to provide all information needed for your communication session at that time.
Please don't share any other information about your animal. I prefer to go into a communication session using only a photo(s) and the name(s) of your animal family member(s), as it helps for a clearer communication and it's more credible for you (if I have no additional information).
HOW DO I PREPARE FOR MY COMMUNICATION SESSION?
Please read the confirmation email (which arrives in your inbox following your communication session booking) PRIOR TO YOUR COMMUNICATION SESSION. This email contains important information to help you best prepare for your session.
HOW DO WE CONNECT FOR MY COMMUNICATION SESSION?
At the time of your communication session, I'll contact you. You can choose to have your communication session either by telephone (in North America) or video chat (anywhere). You'll be able to provide your preferred way of connecting (and contact information) when you book your communication session in my booking calendar.

I STILL HAVE QUESTIONS I'D LIKE ANSWERED BEFORE I BOOK
Please send me your questions(s) here and I'll be in touch within two business days or less (firstname.lastname@example.org).
Please note that animal communication is not a substitute for medical treatment or advice. Animal communication is a complement to veterinary care (an important starting point to rule out any medical issues) & is not a replacement for veterinary care. I cannot diagnose or treat your animal(s).
