What happens during a communication?
At the start of your communication appointment, I'll answer any questions you may have about the process, so you can focus on the conversation with your animal family.
You'll be able to ask your prepared questions and share with your animal family (and I'll relay their responses). There's time to discuss anything that naturally comes up during the conversation with your animal family. Time is also given in every communication for your animal family to ask questions and share too. It's truly a two-way conversation. I provide education, tips and resources (where helpful). How do you speak with my animal(s)?
Using your animal's name and photograph, I work remotely (also known as distance communication) from my office. I'm able to connect with your animal anywhere (whether in physical form or in spirit). Distance communication is extremely effective (less distracting than being present with the animal), less costly to you (than in person visits), your appointment can be booked more quickly (shorter wait times), and I can help more families.
What kind of questions can I ask my animal(s)?
Your questions can be of an emotional, mental, spiritual or practical nature. All communications are private & confidential. Please feel comfortable to ask the questions you need to ask. You're also encouraged to share with your animal too.
All questions and sharing with your animal family come from you. My role is to facilitate the conversation between you and your animal family. I honour your animal family by relaying their messages and questions to you. How long are communications?
You can choose an initial communication appointment based on the number of animal(s) you wish to speak with. A 90 minutes communication can accommodate speaking with one to two animals. A 120 minutes communication session is for larger families with three to five animals. Unused time is not transferrable (and yes, most people use the full appointment time, often to their surprise!)
Communications are not rushed. There's time for all family members to ask questions and share (a real two-way conversation). There's time for your stories (animal lovers love to share about their animal family). Time to feel and process. Time for support (education, tips and resources are also provided). You're welcome to take notes as communications are not recorded. CAN I BOOK A SHORTER COMMUNICATION APPOINTMENT?
Existing clients have the option to choose a 30 minute check-in communication appointment for the same animal and situation, for brief update(s), following a previous appointment.
HOW SOON CAN I BOOK?
Appointments are usually available within 1 - 3 weeks (sometimes less and sometimes more). My booking calendar is posted 1 month - 45 days at a time. You can check my availability in the booking calendar (please select the type of appointment first), without committing to booking.
Can you help our family with a time sensitive issue (or emergency)?
I try to accommodate both these situations, when possible. Please email me directly.

WHAT DO YOU NEED FOR MY COMMUNICATION APPOINTMENT?
The booking calendar collects all the information needed for your communication (just follow the prompts).
Please don't share any other information about your animal. I prefer to go into a communication using only a photo(s) and the name(s) of your animal family member(s), as it helps for a clearer communication and it's more credible for you (if I have no additional information). HOW DO I PREPARE FOR MY COMMUNICATION APPOINTMENT?
Please read your confirmation email (which is sent immediately following your booking) which contains important information to help you best prepare for your appointment. Please check your junk email if you don't see it.
HOW DO WE CONNECT FOR MY COMMUNICATION APPOINTMENT?
Communication appointments are offered by telephone (in North America) or Zoom (everywhere). You'll be able to provide your preferred way of connecting in the booking calendar.
The booking calendar automatically sends a Zoom meeting link for your communication in your confirmation email. I use the waiting room feature rather than a password. If you've indicated you'd prefer to connect by phone, please ignore the Zoom meeting link, and I'll call you at the time of your appointment (at the number you provide when you booked). You'll get two reminder emails (which also include your Zoom meeting link) 48 hours and 24 hours before your appointment. FAQ About ANimal Communication?
