What happens during a consultation?
You'll have time to ask questions and share with your animal family member(s). I'll relay their responses. Your animal family is also given time to ask questions and share too. It's truly a two-way conversation. Education, tips and resources are provided during the consultation (or in a follow up email). All consultations are private and confidential.
How do you talk with my animal(s)?
I use your animal's name and photograph to connect them (whether they're in form or spirit). Distance communication is extremely effective (less distracting than being present with the animal), less costly than in person visits, consultations can be booked more quickly, and more families helped.
How are consultations offered?
Consultations are offered by telephone (in North America) or Zoom (everywhere). Select your preferred choice in the booking calendar.
Are consultations recorded?
Consultations are not recorded. You're welcome to take notes.
What questions can I ask?
Your questions can be of an emotional, mental, spiritual or practical nature. You're also encouraged to share with your animal too. All questions and sharing with your animal family come from you. My role is to facilitate the conversation between you and your animal family.
What do you need for my consultation?
The booking calendar collects all the information needed for your consultation (just follow the prompts). Please do not share any additional details before we meet.
How do I prepare for my consultation?
Please read your confirmation email (sent immediately following booking) for important information. Please check your spam folder if you don't see it.

Consultations are not a substitute for veterinary care, an important starting point to rule out medical issues. I cannot diagnose or treat your animal(s).
What is your cancellation policy?
A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for all consultation cancellations (48 hours notice is preferred) with the exception of end of life consultations. To reschedule a consultation, locate your confirmation email. At the bottom of the email, you'll find a button to reschedule directly in the booking calendar. Or contact me to reschedule your consultation.
Do you have a refund policy?
At the start of the consultation, I spend a few minutes asking your animal family to share information about themselves. After sharing these initial impressions with you, I'll check in whether you wish to continue. Refunds are not available after this point. If for any reason these initial impressions are not a fit the consultation will end and a full refund issued.
